No matter what I say to myself the night before I always somehow throwing on a pair of shorts in the morning. My all time favorite pair of running shorts are from Lululemon. Their name is the run: speed short and they are the most comfortable shorts EVER and I have spent most of my summer in them. They run a little pricey, they are Lulu after all, but trust me there are worth the price. If you don't want to splurge I always recommend nike running shorts which if you look for them on sale, I've seen them for as low as $15 (they are usually about $30).

Running Shorts

I've never tried their running shorts. I wear the Athleta shorts with the compression layer under. I have a Lulu gift card so I'll have to try their shorts this summer!
