Tip 1: Cucumber Water, I live by this stuff. For some reason I just find it so much more hydrating then regular water. I attached the recipe I use here: http://www.marthastewart.com/316984/cucumber-water
Tip 2: Eat small meals but more often. Apparently it lessens the metabolic heat or something sciency like that
Tip 3: Replace your moisturizer for cooling aloe vera
Tip 4: Run your wrists under cool water, this cools your blood causing you to feel cooler (why your wrist? it's because there is a main vein there?
Tip 5: And finally one of the most common, wear light colored clothes (I prefer cotton, but each their own). Dark colored clothes will trap the heat whereas lighter colors reflect it off
